Cleaning service
We work with the cleaning company Kurt Meier Carpet and Building Cleaning, which has been known in Munich for the best quality as well as reliable and fast service for 17 years.
All carpet and apartment cleanings are priced based on the scope of the work. If you are interested in this service, you can contact us directly. By arrangement, the furnished apartments can also be cleaned daily. We recommend an adapted cleaning concept for your individual needs.
Final cleaning includes the following points:
- In order not to destroy the surfaces, no aggressive cleaning agents should be used in the bathroom.
- Please contact us before using stain removers on stained carpets. The same applies to cleaning upholstered furniture.
- For parquet floors, only cleaning products for parquet floors should be used.
- If you use bed linen, it should of course be handed over cleaned

As a young company in Munich, we are constantly looking for furnished apartments to rent out on a temporary basis. We are particularly looking for 1, 2 and 3 room apartments. We are currently looking for a large apartment in Bogenhausen-Herzogpark, which should be at least 200 square meters, to rent for an initial period of six months. The apartment should ideally be unfurnished. After agreement with the tenant, it is possible to leave the furniture.
