Is there a minimum rental period or a maximum rental period for furnished temporary accommodation?

• The minimum rental period is 2 months. There is no maximum rental period, but it is usually two years.

How do I get my deposit back?

• It is recommended to create a deposit account. When the apartment is handed over and approved by the landlord, the deposit account will be released again.

What to do if the equipment is defective?

• Please contact the landlord of the property directly. If you cannot reach the landlord, we will be happy to receive reports of defects or damage and forward them to the responsible landlord.

What does final cleaning mean?

• Final cleaning means that when you move out, you leave the apartment in the same condition as you received the rental apartment when you handed it over.

Which insurance should I take out?

• It is highly recommended to take out personal liability insurance.

Can my apartments be found exclusively at Acco Real?

• Acco Real does not offer the apartments exclusively. But Acco Real takes photos of the objects free of charge and puts them on the homepage.
